The Devil Went Down
Who: Rose, John, Max, Eric, Lucifer, WHOEVER.
What: Rose unleashes her plan to get Lucifer out of her dreams... and doesn't include the Winchesters. D:
Where: 2nd floor, then elsewhere
When: Day three, late night
Status: In Progress
Warnings: A bit of strong imagery

Rose stood in the second floor hallway, a piece of paper in hand. She'd written a note. It was meant to be posted on her door, but there were no nails or tape around. So, she left the hand-written instructions on the ground.

Sam,

Don't come looking for me tonight. I'll see you in the morning.

~Rose

With a sigh, she turned for John's room. Tonight, the plan she'd been working on would be put into action. Lucifer's invasions of her dreams needed to be dealt with before she cracked.

The blonde unbraided her hair as she walked, letting her locks down for bed. This whole thing wasn't going as imagined. She'd pictured Sam helping, and maybe even Dean. Their brainless pursuit of Eric, though, had Rose questioning their sense. She abandoned the idea of the Winchesters as assistance, and instead, enlisted anyone else she thought could stand a chance.

Rose opened the door to Room 206. Inside, scattered about, was an unlikely army: Eric Northman, Maxwell Smart, and "Doctor" John Smith.

"'ello, boys." Rose hadn't felt nervous until this very second. She took a few deep breaths, looking from person to person. This wasn't going to be a big deal. It was a good idea. She'd go to sleep, Lucifer would find her in her head, and the group would search for his body. What happened then, well- she wasn't entirely sure. Dean and Sam certainly would've killed Lucifer. Honestly, death wasn't a requirement for Rose. She just wanted peace. John, at least, was experienced in using words instead of weapons.

"Ready for some fun?"

Rose smiled genuinely as Eric and John left. She was lucky to be so cared for. Though they couldn't replace her family and friends back home, these people were definitely making a niche for themselves in her heart.

"Jus' you an' me," she said to Max. "Guess I should lie down, eh?" She reclined, resting her blonde head on a pillow that smelled like John. Rose hoped she'd be able to fall asleep. All the excitement was making it difficult to relax.

She closed her eyes, but continued to talk. "Thanks, Max. For 'elpin', I mean. I know ya recently lost a friend- Ninety-Nine, was it?- an' the fact tha' you're still 'ere for my... it's really..."

The sentence was never completed. Sleep found Rose, and swiftly pulled her under. The Companion was apparently more exhausted than she'd realized.

"I mean, yeah it sucks not having Ninety-Nine, but - her job -" And that's when Max realized that Rose was fast asleep. He cut off mid-sentence, just as she had, and then looked at her with a blank expression. "Okay. Cool, I guess."

And then Max felt weird about staring at her, so he turned away, scratching awkwardly at his head. "So, what, do I call for help if you start levitating or something? Are we pulling some Exorcist stuff, or what?" He knew that no one was around to listen to him, but he felt better when he thought out loud.
